Spring Foraging Walk

Join us for an early spring foraging walk!

There are no guarantees but we often find oyster and wood-ear mushrooms, lambs quarters, juniper berries, cleavers, prickly pear cactus, catmint, mullein, garlic greens, cottonwood buds and much more.

We will be walking the woods and wetland, so plan to wear waterproof boots. Long pants and layers are encouraged. Bring a water bottle and a lightweight bag for collecting “specimens.”

Feel free to bring a sack lunch, we can hang around, picnic and share our bounty till about 1pm.
